Daily Mail reported on the 18th that David Duchovny had an illicit affair with his tennis instructor which both already confirmed false in legally sword statements.
They still printed out the issue anyway and so they're getting sued for $5 million! So X-Files star David Duchovny is suing them for slander and defamation. Here's the affidavit.

But well being dubbed a sex addict, going to rehab and having an almost nude picture like that does raise a lot of doubts too don't you think?
