Everybody knows Brangelina, the movies they've made - the covers and awards they've just accumulated over the years. Being the hottest couple in hollywood, adopting children, they are just all over the news.
The good thing about this couple is that even if they are the "cream" of the crop, being filthy rich hasn't made them callous to the problems of the rest of the world.
It's nice to see them being so active in charities and humanitarian efforts. So few people do that nowadays. Recently Jolie-Pitt Foundation donated $1 million to the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict. They have also provided $500,000 for the Armed Service YMCA Operation Hero Program, which helps educate and emotionally support children of military personnel serving in Iraq.
It's not only money too, they're very visible as people who actually participate and invest time in trying to help the world become a better place. Angelina Jolie being United Nations goodwill ambassador
