Rachael Ray, although a great cook - one my chef of a mother really admires, has claimed her fame and is now a famous celebrity with one of her own syndicated day-time show.
She hasn't only proven that she can cook, she's also proven that she's hot. Just look at her cooking in that lingerie, talk about double yummy
After being brutally criticized for one of her advertisements involving a certain scarf, unfortunately she has a very anorexic problem right now. One of her accountants, Aaron Ferguson filed a formal complaint versus his supervisor who made “Vile, discriminatory and hurtful comments” about his being anorexic.
This was said to have occurred after he complained formally about his superior. He was employed four months, being pushed out his job by October 2007.
Ferguson said that he visited the Human Resource department to complain. He was supposedly ignored and then he had some retaliation. His boss made things so difficult for him such that he was forced to quit. Ferguson claimed he was offered money, to the tune of $4000, to sign a separation waiver. Aaron Ferguson now wants $1.5 million in damages.
There was no mention of Rachael Ray in his formal complaint, but the way this lawsuit is affecting her show (call it publicity), she might as well be.
But you have to admit, she is getting hotter
