Despite the news of Neil Patrick Harris apparently "not liking" having Britney Spears guest star on "How I Met Your Mother" and then taking it back, and Britney's camp apparently becoming picky as to script... it seems like all will end well in "How I Met Your Mother" with Britney Spears reprising her guest role "Abby" on May 12.
It's a win-win situation really. The last time she was on that show they got a million more viewers - a million! That's saying something. And it helps Britney Spears' image too when people see her acting on a show rather than her personal drama.
