There are several stars who went from musicians to movie stars - Madonna (my all time favorite), Mandy Moore (so-so I guess, cute but not exactly block buster material) and well of course Britney Spears (well now look how that turned out, not too well?)
Now Norah Jones is going to give acting a shot. Norah Jones is definitely a looker though so I don't see her failing so miserably. She's not in bad company too being alongside Jude Law, Natalie Portman and Rachel Weisz. Will she succeed? Read below a review from CNN
