The Case Of Lustra Vs. Miley Cyrus - On "Rockstar" Being A Stolen Version Of "Scotty Doesn't Know"

There's this big deal about Miley Cyrus stealing the "Scotty Doesn't Know" tune to make her new hit "Rockstar." Really she's way too famous for her own good. She's going to get sued left and right just for a piece of the action.

No offense to Lustra. I loved Eurotrip and I did enjoy Lustra's songs.

The band -- whose track appeared on the soundtrack to 2004 movie "Eurotrip" -- was alerted to Cyrus' song-similarities by fans, and has since determined the tunes are virtually the same, despite mismatching lyrics.

There was a whole lot of dissing Miley Cyrus on the Lustra Myspace page, just a whole lot of we hate Miley Cyrus commentary, the wily thief should not get away. But there were a couple that bit Lustra back in the ass saying they're just trying to ride the Miley Cyrus fame band-wagon. Which also makes sense seeing that she is a thousand times more popular right now.

To relay Miley's side, her spokesperson mentioned that she doesn't write her songs so she wouldn't know if the song was copied off someone else or not. Pretty good alibi I'd say. When you're a princess you don't write, you don't have to worry about getting sued. Her people will take care of their people. Sorry Lustra boys... she's pretty darned rich and famous and you're well... not as rich and famous so chances are, this might all go away.

Wouldn't hurt you though to spread some of the wealth, Lustra must be dying for some cast-offs!
