Lynne Spears' Declaration And Restraining Order Vs. Sam Lufti On Behalf Of Mentally Incapacitated Britney Spears

Here's the full 14-page link of Lynne Spears' Restraining Order and Declaration against Sam Lufti, Britney Spears' manager who has said to have drugged her, harassed her and manipulated her finances, her life and belongings. The file is in PDF so make sure you have that available before you open it. He's coming out a villain in this story... Wonder how it will end...

Anyway here's a section of the E!Online article on Lynne Spears and her declaration:

Lynne says her daughter met Lutfi, whose full first name is Osama, "in or about October 2007" and that he has "essentially moved into Britney's home and has purported to take control of her life, home and finances."

"Mr. Lutfi drugged Britney," Lynne Spears' affidavit reads. "He has cut Britney's home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything—Britney's business manager, her attorneys, and the security guards at the gate."

Lynne goes on to say that Lutfi boasted to her directly that he ground up pills, among them Risperdal and Seroquel, and put them in Britney's food. Per the document, Lutfi also claimed Britney's doctor was attempting to get the "Toxic" singer into a sleep-induced coma.

Lutfi is also was willing to do anything to remain a fixture in her daughter's life, according to Lynne's delcaration. "If you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and I'll piss on her grave," he's quoted as saying.

Such remarks have terrified the Spears family.

"Immediate relief is necessary to avoid the risk of physical harm to Britney by Mr. Lutfi and to allow her to undergo necessary medical treatment without interference by Mr. Lutfi," the restraining order request concludes.

A judge signed off on the harassment order Friday, ordering Lutfi from coming within 250 yards of the UCLA Medical Center, where Spears is in the midst of an extended 14-day stay, Spears' parents' homes, her siblings' homes, her children's homes and any homes owned by Spears herself.

The order is good for 21 days, though it was revealed during a conservatorship hearing Monday that Lutfi has not yet been served with the official order, as he has refused to answer the door to his Venice apartment, and that he contacted Britney over the weekend.

Speaking to Us Weekly, Lutfi said the Spears family's attempt to keep him away from Britney "won't last" and that she will ultimately distance herself from them.

"They're never gonna be able to rule her forever," he said.

Lynne Spears' declaration also includes a detailed blow-by-blow of what went down Jan. 28, prompting Britney's parents, who had largely been estranged from their daughter during Lutfi's tenure, to reinsert themselves back into her life.

Lynne claims Britney was "crying" when she called about a "big fight" between the 26-year-old and her one-man handler.

Concerned for Britney's safety, Lynne and Jamie arrived at their daughter's gated community, only to ascertain that, supposedly at the urging of Lutfi, a paparazzo friend had whisked Britney away from the house. Lutfi wanted to short-circuit any contact between parents and daughter, per the declaration.

Lynne says that, based on Lutfi's conversation with the paparazzi, "Sam disabled all of Britney's cars."

During the evening, Lynne claims Lutfi referred to her as "an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore," that Britney cared more about paparazzo beau Adnan Ghalib than her children and that "she does not deserve her kids."

"I'm the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter," he said, per the declaration. "I sleep in cars outside her house so she can't leave. You people throw everyone under the bus...if you don't listen to me, I'm going to make your name s--t in the papers."

Lynne says paparazzi were freely invited into Spears' home by Lutfi, treating him "with great respect" and, at times, "like a general."

As for Ghalib, Lynne says he confided to her he feared for Spears and that Lutfi not only hides the singer's phones (blaming her for "losing" them) but also denies her access to her dog, London.

Lutfi is no stranger to restraining orders, having been on the receiving end of at least three others since 2004; one was requested by a former condo neighbor, the second by a woman overseeing his escrow account and the third by a former friend in a money dispute.

Britney Spears Update - 14 More Days In Psych Ward

NYdailynews.com just reported that pop princess Britney Spears will have to reside UCLA Medical Center's psychiatric ward for 2 more weeks! Psych ward doctors extended Britney Spears' stay in her padded room by two weeks Sunday as her parents were due back in court today to get tighter control over the troubled singer's life and finances.

They've diagnosed Britney with severe bipolar disorder in the renowned neuropsychiatric unit at the UCLA Medical Center.

Legal code had to be cited just so hospital staff members would be allowed to extend her stay. Treatment is deemed necessary for those who are found to be gravely disabled or a danger to themselves or others, a hospital source told The Associated Press.Britney Spears was forcibly taken to the hospital Thursday and first committed under section 5150 of the state code.

A source mentioned that she's staying in a padded room. Wow just like those mental asylums we see on TV? That must be rather alarming. Don't people just become crazier in places like those? Spears, 26, will remain on lockdown at the facility where, according to People.com, she can wear her own clothes and have her belongings with her.

She can accept visitors and make phone calls from a public pay phone and take smoke breaks on the center's deck, which is gated and surrounded by a metal fence. Her doctors check in on her at least once an hour, even during the night.

The article continues to say that the 14-day extension will likely be cited today by the fallen pop princess' dad, Jamie Spears, when he goes back to court to get his designation as conservator of his daughter's estate extended as well. Court Commissioner Reva Goetz gave him and a lawyer control Friday and issued a restraining order against Osama Lutfi, the pop star's friend and sometime manager, ordering him to keep away from Britney.

Britney was reported to have launched into a profanity-laced rage when told Daddy was now in charge, screaming, "Nobody's going to take my house!" and "Who is my family?" Spears could legally ask to fight her dad in court, but it was unclear last night if she would.

Terry Wasserman, an L.A. attorney who specializes in mental health cases, warned that Spears could be tied "to a bed by leather restraints" if she becomes combative. "In extreme, life-threatening situations - when the patient is a threat to one's self or medical staff - a psychiatrist can inject a person with psychotropic medication," Wasserman said.

Doctors can also force a patient to take prescribed meds, Wasserman said. "If he or she resists taking the meds, the psychiatrist can obtain authorization to forcefully medicate the person," she explained.

The poor girl is losing her mind. Maybe this isn't media hype anymore and she really does need help? I do hope someone is taking her seriously over there.
