Paris Hilton Dumps Benji Madden - Who's Next? Stavros Niarchos?

Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden is singing the blues after being dumped by hottie girlfriend Paris Hilton. I wouldn't have complained, being part of her life is like being admitted to the biggest AND richest party on earth.

Paris has been caught dating ex-boyfriend Stavros Niarchos in a party, a source from Star Magazine was quoted saying, "Paris and Stavros were all over each other. They were at the same table for about an hour and then they left together. It didn't seem like Benji was on her mind at all!"

Rumors were also going around that Prince William may have had something to do with the break-up, with notions of Paris and the prince meeting up for the New Year... interesting piece of gossip there. Paris becomes royalty? Not that she doesn't act like one already.

I think Benji was too short for her anyway. They never really looked hot as a couple like Paris did with Stavros Niarchos, check out these guilty photos!

MTV Video Music Awards - So Who's Going To Be There?

If you've seen the initial teasers, you can be sure that Russel Brand will most likely stir up prankster mayhem while he hosts the VMAs.

Britney Spears will open though show though unclear how. As her reps have mentioned she will NOT be performing. On the other hand, Kanye West will be performing. This list includes Christina Aguilera's first televised performance after child birth to a revised tune of her career-launching hit "Genie in a Bottle." The roster of performers are Jonas Brothers, Rihanna, T.I., Pink, Kid Rock, the Ting Tings, Lupe Fiasco, Lil Wayne and Katy Perry.

In terms of appearances though, MTV has pulled out all the stops by making sure there will be celebrities like Shia LaBeouf, Taylor Swift, Jamie Foxx, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Kobe Bryant, Paris Hilton, Leona Lewis, Chace Crawford and the Hills gang. There's also rumor of Michael Jackson probably showing up for his happy creepy 50th year

I'm most interested in Christina Aguilera. I wonder which look she'll be sporting

Paris Hilton Vs. John McCain - Paris Hilton Presidential Campaign Ad

Looks like the old white haired dude just got stumped! Paris Hilton is super hot and gets by in this ad looking like a million dollars & a lot smarter than most people give her credit for.

I love her suggestion for the energy bill. I love that she's going to make the White House pink and I just love her bathing suit

Anyway shame on you McCain for hitting on a poor rich celebrity by-stander. You are so dead!

Paris Hilton Drops Her Top And Lindsay Lohan Unintentional Upskirt. Oops!

It's nice to know even stars experience awkward moments. Here are Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan accidentally showing more skin than usual -- well, actually not more than usual but in a funny way anyway care of AOL Music Beta

After receiving the "Woman of the Year" award from the Harvard University Lampoon on February 7, Paris Hilton went on to spend the night in Boston, partying at The Estate. The prestigious honoree sang a song for the crowd and almost lost her dress in the process. INFGOFF

National Lampoon Spoofs National Geographic Insulting Almost Every Ethnic Group In 100 Pages Plus They've Got Paris Hilton On The Cover

The folks at Harvard Lampoon scored a coup when they decided to make fun of National Geographic for their April Fool's Day issue according to Showbuzz. Not only did they get the team at National Geographic to help with the issue, they were able to persuade Paris Hilton to be their cover girl.

"We told her (Paris Hilton) it would make her famous," Ross Arbes, who edited the magazine with fellow Harvard senior Hayes Davenport, told The Showbuzz, tongue firmly in cheek.

"She's also a big fan of National Geographic and she's a natural science hobbyist in her own right," Davenport said. "She has been on a lot of magazine covers, but National Geographic has been the Holy Grail for her, she said. We threw a nice party for her, but it's not like she hasn't been to a party before."

The issue, out Tuesday, is the latest in a string of Harvard Lampoon magazine parodies. But the undergraduate group had never done the well-respected National Geographic, which quickly responded when contacted by the students last summer.

"It wasn't that hard. As it turns out, they are just a bunch of really awesome party guys over there and they have been waiting for an opportunity to make fun of themselves for a long time and we were happy to rescue them," said Davenport.

"We somehow managed to insult almost every ethnic group in just 100 pages," said co-editor Ross Arbes. "We also 'stuck it' to about half of the world's animals."

Davenport said other publications have helped with their parodies in the past, such as when USA Today printed the Lampoon's version on its press in 1989. And he said National Geographic's staffers - who had no editorial control over the parody - were eager to make fun of their ultraserious image.

The magazine helped print the parody and distribute it alongside its own April edition in some areas, Arbes said. A designer also helped lay out the parody to make it look as much like the original as possible.

"They provided things that were really valuable to us," Arbes said.

Editors from National Geographic could not be reached Monday, but the magazine released a facetious statement.

"Editors are unavailable for comment, having left the country ... as usual," it said. "There are reports of laughter from parts of the building, but that could just be because we are a fun place to work."

In one article, the Lampoon takes aim at a National Geographic contributor who toils away for years in search of a specific species. Their "Seeking the Island Fox" article has the writer cold, wet and annoyed at getting just a brief glance of a "pretty boring" animal.

"We are big fans of National Geographic from way, way back when. We are pretty well versed in their content. We wanted to get a little of everything, a little natural science, physical science, a little of biological science," Davenport explained.

In another jab at National Geographic's staid image, the Lampoon created three new editions to help keep the magazine relevant for younger generations, and features Hilton in a "Your Wildest Animal Fantasies" story.

"Over time they (National Geographic) have kinda become a little bit of a parody of themselves," Arbes said. "They have been extremely focused on environmentalism. That was an easy target. A lot of their articles are written in very similar ways."

And, of course, the Lampoon's version offers a send-up to anthropological nudity. A photo of a lion is actually made up of dozens of images of women's bare chests.

"Costco is refusing to carry the magazine because of the breast content." Davenport said.

"We have been banned from Costco," Arbes said. "This is the first time that we have been banned from Costco - the first time as a magazine, once we were just banned as people."

Previous magazine parodies, have included: Entertainment Weekly, Esquire, Newsweek, New Yorker, People and Sports Illustrated.

Celebrities who have graced the covers have included a People Magazine parody featuring Brooke Shields, an Entertainment Weekly parody featuring Sandra Bullock and a USA Today parody featuring Vanna White.

"We really wanted Jane Goodall for this one, but we couldn't get her," Davenport said.

"Can I say my mom?" Arbes said.

The Lampoon has an impressive list accomplished alumni, including Conan O'Brien, John Updike, George Plimpton, and William Randolph Hearst.

The past 30 years have been fruitful for Harvard Lampoon graduates. Many have gone on to write for hit TV shows such as "The Simpsons," "Saturday Night Live," "The Office" and "Seinfeld."

Others have broken into the film industry, producing movies like "National Lampoon's Animal House."

Become Paris Hilton's New Best Friend! And Be Featued In MTV's New Reality Show

Well it looks like Paris Hilton has ran out of best friends. After all that tension with her last "best friend" Nicole Richie, who starred with her on A Simple Life, now Paris Hilton's quest for a new best friend will be a reality show! Just like the Amazing Race perhaps? Or Fear Factor?

Apparently twenty men and women will compete to be the 27-year-old socialite's new "BFF" (best friend forever) on the show, which will appear on MTV.

BBC News says the 20 finalists then move into a house with Hilton, learning "normal girl stuff" like fashion and shopping - not quite the normal girl stuff but more like the normal "millionaire heiress girl stuff"

You can audition on MTV's Paris BFF site and you can also vote Paris Hilton's next best friend! So if you just don't have a friend in the world - like this poor little rich heiress or are just dying to become rich and famous and probably get humiliated or embarrassed and eventually become famous, this is the reality show for you!

The Revenge Of The Stars -- Paris Hilton And Ashton Kutcher 'Punk' The Papparazi

Just in from Star Pulse, it's revenge of the stars when Paris Hilton's night out in Hollywood with a bearded 'guru' last Saturday was staged by Punk'd star Ashton Kutcher for a new TV show, designed to exploit the media.

Hilton made headlines around the world when she stepped out with an orange-robed, grey-haired 'shaman' who proceeded to bless her and then encouraged her to donate a diamond necklace to a stranger.

However, as previously reported, the 'guru' was actually an actor called Maxie Santillan Jr.

And it has now emerged the incident was a prank for Kutcher's new show Pop Fiction, which will feature 20 celebrities, including several superstars, who are all in on the joke.

Kutcher and his business partner Jason Goldberg produce the new program, which highlights the gullibility of the paparazzi and the media and is set to premiere on E! on Sunday.

Goldberg says, "We live in a culture that's driven by media and obsessed with celebrity, to the point where they don't have private lives anymore. Two people going out to eat turns into, 'They're engaged.' It's a feeding frenzy. It's dangerous and it's irresponsible in some cases. We're having fun, but we want to say to people, 'Can you really believe everything you read and see?'"

Lousy Review Of Paris Hilton's "The Hottie And The Nottie"

Los Angeles Times' CalendarLive.com just came out with a very negative review on Paris Hilton's new movie "The Hottie And The Nottie." Here's a snippet from the article:

It's not like Paris Hilton to rise above her material, but "The Hottie and the Nottie" sinks so low that all she has to do is stand upright. Cast (it must be said, against type) as chaste, self-effacing beauty Cristabel Abbott, Hilton convincingly breaks with her public persona, which is good news for her acting coach but not for the movie's prospects, since there is little evidence that Hilton's fans want to see her playing anything other than herself.

Well obviously they didn't like it. I'm not that much of a critic. I see her legs, her face and I feel all better. You'd have to be pretty stupid to expect a real movie from Paris Hilton. People go to look at her and not to think about some serious story plot. I've seen a lot of her movies and I just end up appreciating the sheer nonsense of it all. Anyway, if you'd like to read the whole article, here's their movie review of 'The Hottie and the Nottie'

Hilton To Donate 97% Of Fortune Leaving Only 3% To Heiresses - Nicky And Paris

USAToday.com reports that Barron Hilton, son of the international hotel chain's founder, said Wednesday that he will donate nearly all of his fortune to his family's philanthropic foundation that supports housing for the homeless, safe water in developing countries and other causes worldwide.
Barron Hilton, 80, plans to donate to the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation a total of nearly $2.3 billion at his death, including $1.2 billion in proceeds from two recent corporate deals and 97% of his other $1.1 billion in assets. Hilton said in a statement that his father, Conrad, left 97% of his wealth to the foundation, "and I am proud to follow my father's example."

He couldn't be reached for further comment. But his publicist, Patrick Barry, said Barron Hilton will distribute to his heirs the remaining 3% of his personal estate. Hilton has eight children and numerous grandchildren, including granddaughter Paris Hilton, 26, a tabloid celebrity known for provocative photos, a reality TV show and a jail stint this year stemming from driving violations.

Barron Hilton's philanthropic gifts were announced as part of his estate planning, Barry said. The contributions will include $900 million in proceeds from the November sale of Beverly Hills, Calif.-based Hilton Hotels to The Blackstone Group and $300 million of stock he holds in Harrah's Entertainment, whose sale to private equity investors is pending. The proceeds are being placed in a trust and will be donated when Hilton dies.

Stacy Palmer, editor of The Chronicle of Philanthropy, noted that Hilton's gift represents one of the largest philanthropic contributions announced this year. "It's a huge amount of money," she said.

Some gossip floated around too that the donation was as a result of the billionaire's embarassment from grand daughter Paris whose many escapades have tarnished the Hilton name

Lindsay Lohan Jailed? Yep Lohan Does All 84 Minutes Jail Time

Lindsay Lohan, once wholesome actress who starred on those wholesome family movies from Disney - Herbie Fully Loaded and Freaky Friday did jail time lat Thursday in Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood as part of a plea deal for drunken driving and cocaine possession reports LA Times.

The 21-year-old actress was arrested for a drunk driving escapade over the memorial weekend. She has reportedly admitted herself into Malibu drug rehabilitation center which is her second round at rehab this year.

I think this girl is worse than Britney Spears. At least Britney's sporting some form of a career. Maybe prison has become fashionable these days. Paris Hilton also did jail time this year right? Britney isn't far from it as well. Well, hope they get their act together. Because the picture to the right (care of LA times) is certainly NOT a pretty picture.

Britney Spears Heats Up The Confession Room

If excommunication was still a valid form of punishment for the catholic church, the hottest girl on the planet right now - Britney Spears may get it for publishing kinky photos of herself on the lap of a priest while in confession. Said photos are in her new album - "Blackout."

A couple of personalities shared their views in the NYDailynews.com article entitled "Catholics slam Britney Spears pix as 'bottom of barrel' stunt," but really do these people know what's going on in that tiny bald head of hers?

Everyone knows that stuff like this sell like hotcakes. Britney Spears is being provocative. She wants to be talked about and she wants the attention. When people give it to her, then she has succeeded. The industry right now is more about who gets talked about and who doesn't. The fact is, that people who are not talked about are eventually forgotten. While girls like Brittney Spears (and others like her, Paris Hilton and maybe Vanessa Anne Hudgens if she isn't careful) will remain famous (0r infamous).
