Jamie Lynn Spears First Picture With Baby Maddie Bryan on OK Magazine

Jamie Lynn poses with Baby Maddie (child also of Casey Aldrige) on the cover of Ok! Magazine. She's apparently having a blast as a mother. And in contrast to all the other articles being written about her being angry at mother Lynne Spears and even sister Britney Spears, the article seems to say that she's quite happy with them all and that they're all supporting her.

Well, can't believe all you read now can you?

Jamie Lynn Spears' Baby Girl Maddie Briann In The Spotlight - Stage Mother Lynne Spears Not Far

There is even more controversy than usual in the Spears home as Jamie Lynn has not given birth to Maddie Briann. Apparently it was a mess in the delivery room with Jamie Lynn screaming at her mom, Britney trying to be a good sister and everybody in the family trying to decide if they should make a million off it.

We'll soon see pictures of Jamie Lynn's baby girl
Maddie Briann, as stage mother - Lynne Spears already sold the first exclusive photo shoot for $1 million! Celebrity parents do know how to squeeze every last drop of income from their children these days (first Lindsay Lohan's dad and now Britney's mom) - no wonder these celebrity kids are neurotic.

Jamie Lynn Spears To Have Something Britney Spears Doesn't Have - A Baby Girl!

Well it seems that Jamie Lynn Spears isn't copying Britney Spears in everything (which is good). She's going to have a baby girl care of Casey Aldridge, this coming June in contrast to Britney's two bouncing boys (Sean Preston and Jayden James). This was the news from her mother - Lynne Spears.

Jamie Lynne certainly doesn't look too good beside her hot friend. Pregnancy does do that to you girl... hope the boyfriend will stay with her now that she's looking a little wide (just wait until she start shaping like a cow)

Lynne Spears' Declaration And Restraining Order Vs. Sam Lufti On Behalf Of Mentally Incapacitated Britney Spears

Here's the full 14-page link of Lynne Spears' Restraining Order and Declaration against Sam Lufti, Britney Spears' manager who has said to have drugged her, harassed her and manipulated her finances, her life and belongings. The file is in PDF so make sure you have that available before you open it. He's coming out a villain in this story... Wonder how it will end...

Anyway here's a section of the E!Online article on Lynne Spears and her declaration:

Lynne says her daughter met Lutfi, whose full first name is Osama, "in or about October 2007" and that he has "essentially moved into Britney's home and has purported to take control of her life, home and finances."

"Mr. Lutfi drugged Britney," Lynne Spears' affidavit reads. "He has cut Britney's home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything—Britney's business manager, her attorneys, and the security guards at the gate."

Lynne goes on to say that Lutfi boasted to her directly that he ground up pills, among them Risperdal and Seroquel, and put them in Britney's food. Per the document, Lutfi also claimed Britney's doctor was attempting to get the "Toxic" singer into a sleep-induced coma.

Lutfi is also was willing to do anything to remain a fixture in her daughter's life, according to Lynne's delcaration. "If you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and I'll piss on her grave," he's quoted as saying.

Such remarks have terrified the Spears family.

"Immediate relief is necessary to avoid the risk of physical harm to Britney by Mr. Lutfi and to allow her to undergo necessary medical treatment without interference by Mr. Lutfi," the restraining order request concludes.

A judge signed off on the harassment order Friday, ordering Lutfi from coming within 250 yards of the UCLA Medical Center, where Spears is in the midst of an extended 14-day stay, Spears' parents' homes, her siblings' homes, her children's homes and any homes owned by Spears herself.

The order is good for 21 days, though it was revealed during a conservatorship hearing Monday that Lutfi has not yet been served with the official order, as he has refused to answer the door to his Venice apartment, and that he contacted Britney over the weekend.

Speaking to Us Weekly, Lutfi said the Spears family's attempt to keep him away from Britney "won't last" and that she will ultimately distance herself from them.

"They're never gonna be able to rule her forever," he said.

Lynne Spears' declaration also includes a detailed blow-by-blow of what went down Jan. 28, prompting Britney's parents, who had largely been estranged from their daughter during Lutfi's tenure, to reinsert themselves back into her life.

Lynne claims Britney was "crying" when she called about a "big fight" between the 26-year-old and her one-man handler.

Concerned for Britney's safety, Lynne and Jamie arrived at their daughter's gated community, only to ascertain that, supposedly at the urging of Lutfi, a paparazzo friend had whisked Britney away from the house. Lutfi wanted to short-circuit any contact between parents and daughter, per the declaration.

Lynne says that, based on Lutfi's conversation with the paparazzi, "Sam disabled all of Britney's cars."

During the evening, Lynne claims Lutfi referred to her as "an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore," that Britney cared more about paparazzo beau Adnan Ghalib than her children and that "she does not deserve her kids."

"I'm the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter," he said, per the declaration. "I sleep in cars outside her house so she can't leave. You people throw everyone under the bus...if you don't listen to me, I'm going to make your name s--t in the papers."

Lynne says paparazzi were freely invited into Spears' home by Lutfi, treating him "with great respect" and, at times, "like a general."

As for Ghalib, Lynne says he confided to her he feared for Spears and that Lutfi not only hides the singer's phones (blaming her for "losing" them) but also denies her access to her dog, London.

Lutfi is no stranger to restraining orders, having been on the receiving end of at least three others since 2004; one was requested by a former condo neighbor, the second by a woman overseeing his escrow account and the third by a former friend in a money dispute.
