Justin Bieber Takes Over Ashton Kutcher's Punk'd?

Rumor is out that Justin Bieber will be taking over the series Punk'd in lieu of Ashton Kutcher. Apparently the first vicitom will be Taylor Swift. Not that exciting if we all know about it now, but I haven't really seen Justin Bieber in action yet (I mean outside of him singing girly songs). I heard he was good on CSI but I still have to see how good he is as a host. Justin Bieber is pretty lucky to be getting so many opportunities to do a variety of things. Unlike other young stars, he got to appear on many different kinds of shows doing a lot of different things aside from singing.

I heard he waited for Usher in an open parking lot just to be able to submit his demo tape. I guess it paid off. But how will he do as the new host of Punk'd? I don't think it'll be that good, but I could be wrong.

The Defense of Joe Jonas. Do you Believe it?

Joe Jonas decided to stand up for himself on his Myspace page after being lambasted so many times in so many fronts by ex-girlfriend, country music star Taylor Swift

He posted this on the MySpace.com celebrity blog page Thursday but it was removed Friday afternoon. Who knows why? Maybe he just wanted some people to read it? Or maybe he changed his mind about defending himself, after all good and bad publicity is still publicity. Anyway here's a clip from the post:

"It is our normal rule to avoid talking about our private lives," the letter begins. "It seems that it has come to the point where we must address a few things. We would prefer to address these things and then leave it alone from that point forward. We felt like it was important to respond because recent events have affected our fans. It is important to us as artists and brothers to enlighten regarding this situation. Our fans are the most important thing to us.

"There are rumors and suggestions that are being publicized in the press right now about us," the letter continues. "Like all people our age, we are trying to find someone special that we can share time with in our busy lives. We all have busy schedules and high demands. We love our life and are thankful for all that we have. We are simply stating that it is difficult to maintain relationships with the kind of life we live."

Next, Joe tackles the topic, never once mentioning Swift by name. "This blog is not an attack of anyone," his missive begins. "Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time, there are going to be issues. Sometimes they resolve; other times they lead to a change of heart. This was the case recently."

"Several things I will state with all my heart. I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true," he said. "Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me."

"For those who have expressed concern over the '27 second' phone call, I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call. The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear. "

He said he wishes the best for "the other person but could not sit back any longer and leave our fans with a wrong impression of the truth. Hope this helps enlighten a little."

I bet Taylor Swift didn't believe a word of that, but at least that's something for the rest of the teenage world to think about. Okay Joe Jonas, if this was the case, and I do believe that there is some truth to this very long litany of yours. Still man, don't break up with a girl over the phone. Talk to her in person for crying out loud!

I don't even know who Camille Belle is, but apparently she was big on "10,000 BC" if you saw the movie. I didn't. But she doesn't look half bad to date Joe Jonas, who's being scorned a lot these days for his sordid break up with 18-year-old country celebrity Taylor Swift. The latter went public with every weapon known to a heart scorned. She went on television, radio, print and online to broadcast what he did to her. And now he's paying the price... or isn't he?

Dating Camille Belle might not be so bad. News mention that Joe Jonas, being know as a "sex symbol" as delusional as that may sound, doesn't want to be seen in public with his girlfriend because it might ruin his image. Oh boohoo.

But Camille Belle has some following so I hear. She's pretty hot too

I love Taylor Swift, she's the hot western singer who sang "Teardrops on my Guitar." Apparently she and Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers have been going out now for some time and just recently broke up! I'm sure behind on that news.

Anyway what makes this interesting is that Joe Jonas broke up with Taylor Swift with a 27-second phone call. OUCH! She's still a little (no - a lot) bitter about it, having mentioned to Ryan Seacrest and Ellen Degeneres on both their shows the details of the excruciating break up.

Joe Jonas deserves it too for being so immature about it. How could Joe Jonas in his right mind break up with such a hottie like this? Because he was a sex symbol? Please! He was on Disney Channel for crying out loud.

MTV Video Music Awards - So Who's Going To Be There?

If you've seen the initial teasers, you can be sure that Russel Brand will most likely stir up prankster mayhem while he hosts the VMAs.

Britney Spears will open though show though unclear how. As her reps have mentioned she will NOT be performing. On the other hand, Kanye West will be performing. This list includes Christina Aguilera's first televised performance after child birth to a revised tune of her career-launching hit "Genie in a Bottle." The roster of performers are Jonas Brothers, Rihanna, T.I., Pink, Kid Rock, the Ting Tings, Lupe Fiasco, Lil Wayne and Katy Perry.


In terms of appearances though, MTV has pulled out all the stops by making sure there will be celebrities like Shia LaBeouf, Taylor Swift, Jamie Foxx, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Kobe Bryant, Paris Hilton, Leona Lewis, Chace Crawford and the Hills gang. There's also rumor of Michael Jackson probably showing up for his happy creepy 50th year

Miley Cyrus a.k.a. Hannah Montana Moves On To Hosting

After taking part in the Academy Awards, Miley Cyrus aka Hannah Montana and father, Billy Ray Cyrus will be hosting the 2008 CMT Music Awards on April 14. The seventh annual awards ceremony, taking place at Belmont University's Curb Event Center in Nashville, will also feature performances from Carrie Underwood, Sugarland, Brad Paisley, Taylor Swift, Alan Jackson and Toby Keith, among others according to E! Online.

Up ahead, both Cyruses are due to begin production on The Hannah Montana Movie, which is slated to start filming this spring.
