Rihanna Vs. Chris Brown - Did he beat her?

From an image of near-perfection, both Rihanna and Chris Brown had practically everything - great careers, incredible fortune, not to mention worldwide fame.

This all came crashing down though last Feb-08, yep I read the news online but have been too busy to blog recently. It's sad but true. The day-job can hamper a lot of things. But we need to make money so what the heck

Anyway the night ended with Rihanna being rushed to a nearby hospital and Chris Brown being held by authorities.

Chris Brown has mentioned his apologies:

"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person. Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writing under my name are frauds."

So far nobody's talking about the details of the incident though, I wouldn't dare speculate what has happened since a lot of people already have. Particularly after this photo was leaked on TMZ. Rihanna claims Brown struck her with his fists and that's what did the damage. There was no object used in the alleged attack. Rihanna refused treatment at the scene, but before she left cops took photos. We're told the photos alone are "devastating proof of abuse." And we've learned it was not Rihanna who called 911. Someone in the area heard her screams and called.




No duh! If you look like that, obviously someone did hit you with something. The last word so far has been from Rihanna

"At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown," the statement read. "She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time."

American Idol's "Bikini Girl" Gets Booted Out of the Show - Turns to where else? Playboy!

American Idol's “Bikini girl” Katrina Darrell just got booted off the show! That was a shame I thought she was quite a looker. The voice wasn't all too great but she could be a star. Apparently other companies like Playboy thought the same. Bikini Girl though was quote in an interview to have had a difficult time with new judge Kara DioGuardi.

As for why Darrell wore a swimsuit to her first AI audition, she explains, “It was 110 degrees in Phoenix and I heard that people wait 15 hours and don’t even get to audition so I figured, what the heck. At least I'll be tan." ---> Yeah Right! As if getting the male judges' attention just wasn't part of the ploy... not that it wasn't a good idea. She certainly got Simon Cowell and Randy Jackson's attention right? So I think she pulled it off

As “Idol” fans know, Katrina was axed from the show during Hollywood week after failing to impress the judges in a group audition. During the show, Katrina was shown heading to bed while her fellow group members stayed up practicing.

She claimed she practiced a lot more than what was shown but I guess they were just preparing to show her the door right? So there you go. Anyway Bikini Girl is also noted to have a huge crush on American Idol host Ryan Seacrest whom she has kissed numerous times.

Miley Cyrus "Bad Girl" Yet ANOTHER Photo Scandal

It looks like someone's got it in for Miley Cyrus. After barely a year of being free of the limelight - the scandalous limelight I mean, here she is again being haunted by critics for her "goofy" face. Apparently this picture of her with her friends shows her in a "racist" pose according to many-an-article I've come across



Says Newsday, the underwear model-dating, Vanity Fair photo-posing Disney star chalked up another controversy this week when a picture surfaced of her pulling up the corners of her eyes in a slanted fashion - an image considered insulting to Asians.

The Organisation of Chinese Americans criticised Cyrus for setting "a terrible example for her young fans".

Miley Cyrus though bites back this time with these things to say:

"I've been told there are some people upset about some pictures taken of me with friends making goofy faces! ... In no way was I making fun of any ethnicity! I was simply making a goofy face. When did that become newsworthy? It seems someone is trying to make something out of nothing to me. If that would have been anyone else, it would have been overlooked."

"I definitely feel like the press is trying to make me out as the new 'bad girl'!"

"I feel like now that Britney [Spears] is back on top of her game again, they need someone to pick on. Lucky me!"

She definitely seems pissed now doesn't she? No need to bring the B-word here though.

I personally haven't heard this song but now I do want to listen to it now after radios have declined to say it saying it has to be heavily edited for it to go on the airwaves.

The title sounds decent enough but if you really read through the lyrics, it is a rather nice code for F-U-C-K me, just say "if you seek amy" really fast.

It's smart and coy and also very controversial. Sounds like a pretty good song! Not for children that's for sure, but not bad

Underworld 3 Rise of the Lycans - Is this prequel sexy enough?

Underworld just gave us an amazing view into the vampire and werewolf world. I don't care about how critics just put down how the story was so very over-complicated and everything apparently was a little too convenient... sure the plot had its flaws but come on Kate Beckinsale is worth every minute of it. Rhona Mitra now attempts to liven up the screen in the new adaptation.

The new prequel coming out early 2009 though, called "Rise of the Lycans" has another star in place. Although it does have the same bad guy with Bill Nighy’s return as Viktor . Apparently in the middle ages the vampires wanted better slaves and so they combined wolves with humans... hmm bad idea don't you think?

Although Rhona Mitra doesn't look bad, without Kate Beckinsale she has some really tight bums to fill (if you know what I mean)
